N-Dimension to participate in cyber security trials

VAUGHAN, ONTARIO - PowerStream Inc. announced they have chosen N-DimensionÂ’s Smart Grid Unified Threat Management product for its substation cyber security trials.

PowerStream will trial N-Dimension SolutionsÂ’ new 340S Unified Threat Management system that is core to Utility defense-in-depth strategies to defend against cyber security breaches and to improve operational reliability in Smart Grid deployments.

N-Dimension Solutions designs, develops, and markets cyber security solutions that address the specific requirements of the Smart Grid for Utilities. N-Dimension SolutionÂ’s 340S software product has been integrated with Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) SEL-1102 tough computer platform.
