Technician Assistant

The Technician Assistant is responsible for supporting Technicians and Admin on any warehouse or service work, providing services on various types of UPS Systems and related critical power equipment. Duties and responsibilities include: Responsible for assisting in equipment scrapping, must help maintain inventory and warehouse management, responsible for packaging eBay sales or part sales when requested, use forklift safety accept incoming orders and properly process paperwork, performs all other duties as assigned in order to meet the productivity and performance goals of the operation, maintain communication with management on daily tasks and projects, may provide field service as needed, assist with special projects as needed, On Call 24/7Qualifications:Basic knowledge of Electrical systems preferred not required High School Diploma, strong leadership with professional work ethics, ability to communicate diagnostic findings, ability to follow technical drawings, building plans and wiring diagrams, ability to lift and install 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis, ability to climb up and down a ladder frequently, able to Operate Automated and Manual Tools, accept and perform given tasks with ownership and sense of urgency, willing and able to travel to job sites daily, abide by safety rules and regulations, on the the  job site and during travel, maintain a flexible working schedule which may change with little notice job site and during travel
