Leading LED streetlight manufacturer Evluma announces a new 2200K color temperature option for the popular LED screw-in lamp OmniMax. Designed for use in nearly any style of decorative streetlight, acorn, post top or pendant, OmniMax is now available in a total of six different color temperatures with three CCT below 3000K.
“We began building 2200K CCT OmniMax as a custom order item,” stated Evluma’s Marketing Director Cathleen Shattuck. “We’ve seen an increase in demand for a wider range of warm CCT decorative streetlights. We are happy to be releasing 2200K as a standard option.” The 2200K model falls in between the 2000K and 2700K models offering greater CCT refinement for architectural lighting designers and municipal lighting specifiers.
“More robust and more compact than the corn-cob style light specifiers are accustomed to seeing on the market, the OmniMax combines a novel radial light engine with Bluetooth connectivity to create a dimmable, diffuse light source designed to use the prismatic optics of existing fixtures as they were designed,” said Shattuck. A four-layered thermal management strategy supports long life in enclosed fixtures. OmniMax carries a 10-year warranty, 20kV-10KA surge protection and is offered in both 40W and 70W configurations. Select OmniMax models are qualified by the DLC.
Last month Evluma released OminiMax Lighting Solutions (OLS) a line of curated globes to support municipalities, utilities, universities and corporate campuses as they upgrade existing post top, acorn and globe style decorative streetlights to LED.
