Electrical Shop Floor Supervisor
On behalf of our client, a growing company, we’re looking for an Electrical Shop Floor Supervisor.
In this role, you will assist in managing their new panel shop and still do hands-on work.
Responsibilities
• Act as a leader for the panel shop
• Coordinate production schedules
• Mentor the electrical team
• Assemble their high-quality products along with the team members
• Assist with quality objectives and cost savings measures
• Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing for new products and R&D Initiatives
Profile
• Engineering background
• At least 4-5 years experience working in an Electrical Panel Shop or Field Installation experience
• Strong electrical power knowledge
• Experience leading or mentoring team members
• Very good communication skills
