Superintendent

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Falling Creek, NC area for an individual with 5+ years experience as an Electrical Superintendent with a background involving mid-large size Government and Commercial projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and bonuses (expected to receive over 6-figures total annual compensation), a loaded benefits package including life insurance and 100% employer paid medical benefits, gas card, company truck, bonuses, 401K w/ matching, PTO, Paid Holidays, and other outstanding perks.

Required work experience includes:

•  5+ years of Electrical Superintendent experience with mid-large Commercial projects (including Government/Military projects) is a MUST
•  Demonstrated experience managing Ground-Up and Installation Projects of over $2M is a MUST
•  Experience with Construction Administration (e.g., Labor/Material and Project Tracking, documentation, inspections, and supervising crews of 5-15 people) is a MUST
• Experience with medium voltage and low voltage wiring (e.g., HVAC, Fire Alarms, IDS, Security, or other IT uses) is a MUST
•  Experience with Power Distribution or Telecommunication High Voltage projects is a BIG PLUS
