Christy Minerals is engaged in mining and processing of refractory and ceramic raw materials. This Union position provides support to the upkeep of our facility in High Hill, MO; includes working with high voltage and large horsepower equipment, electrical wiring, programmable logic controllers, forklifts, and much more!

We are looking for an energetic and quick learning individual with problem-solving and great communication skills to join our High Hill-based team and family as an electrician.  (This is a union position). 

Hours: 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. M-F with rotating weekends / on-call.

What we need:

• Experience with 3 phase electricity in an industrial setting
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving electrical issues
• Ability to prioritize and react with a sense of urgency
• Ability to be thorough, as well as detail and safety oriented.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather both indoors and outdoors
• PLC experience preferred but not required
