Visual System Team Lead

The Role

The Visual System Team Lead works with an industry leading team of Engineers and Technicians to provide excellent installation or service to both commercial and military customers. An understanding of electronics technology is key as is unwavering commitment to excellent customer service.



·         Assess the current condition of a visual system and prioritize corrective/setup actions that may be necessary.

·         Install new or modified equipment customers at facilities to ensure full functionality according to specifications.

·         Read, understand and interpret electronic schematics and written procedures.

·         Utilize basic electronic test equipment, perform signal tracing and have the aptitude to understand advanced analog and digital technology.

·         Review performance reports and documentation from customers and field representatives, and inspect malfunctioning or damaged product to determine nature and scope of problem to recommend corrective action.

·         Coordinate problem resolution with engineering, customer service, and other personnel.

·         Provide on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.

·         Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.

·         Develop and conduct training on the safe operation of the equipment and demonstrate skills to trainees.



·     An Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in electronics or electronic technology

·         At least 5 years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         Travel up to 50%
