Morgan Schaffer provides insulating oil testing services to the electrical industry. In business since 1965, the lab provides the complete range of ASTM oil tests to help diagnose the status of oil filled electrical equipment. Morgan Schaffer Systems, our manufacturing division, makes on-line monitors and on-site analyzers for dissolved gases that are found in transformers. The TFGA-P200 is the only portable fault gas analyzer that can measure all the transformer fault gases in less than two minutes. Our AMS-500Plus continuously monitors hydrogen and water content found in oil filled transformers. These products used in conjuction with lab analysis will give a complete picture of the operating status of power transformers.
