Triangle MicroWorks provides Communication Protocol Software Libraries (available as either ANSI-standard C Source Code or as .NET Protocol Components); Communication Protocol Test Tools; Conformance Testing Software; OPC drivers; Protocol Gateways; and Communication Protocol Training for industry standard communications protocols such as DNP3, IEC 61850, ICCP/TASE.2, IEC 61400-25, IEC 60870-5, and Modbus.
Our Communication Protocol Software Libraries are used by equipment and software vendors to cost-effectively implement these communications protocols directly in the target hardware and/or software.
The Communication Protocol Test Harness can easily be configured to monitor communications, simulate master and/or outstation devices, and perform custom functional tests. The Test Harness is configurable via a Graphical User Interface (GUI) and can be extended via plug-ins using any .NET language, Python, or Tcl/Tk scripts. Optional modules perform the conformance test procedures published by the technical committees of each protocol.

The SCADA Data Gateway is used by System Integrators and Utilities as a data concentrator and protocol translator. It also includes DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850 and IEC 60870-5 OPC drivers for interfacing with Windows-based SCADA Systems.
