UN Agency Commends Canada for Kyoto
NAIROBI, KENYA --
Several funds and mechanisms to launch renewable energy projects can become legally operational only when Kyoto comes into force, says Klaus Toepfer of the U.N. Environment Programme.

development of new technologies."
